Assisted Living: Alfred, 80
Alfred needs a helping hand with medications three times daily. He also requires assistance with grooming and bathing and depends on our team to arrange his medical appointments. Alfred is an Assisted Living resident with Level 1 care.

Starting at $800/month + Base Rent

Providing additional services and caregiver time to assist residents with their daily living activities, Level 2 includes more technical and professional care.

Assisted Living: Betty, 77
Betty lives as independently as possible in Assisted Living because she receives assistance with several special needs. Our team makes sure she gets her three-times-daily medications, and we help her with denture care, dressing, grooming and bathing. We also assist with her hearing aid, ensuring it’s properly placed, cleaned and charged. Plus, we help her look after Linda, her Pomeranian. Betty is an Assisted Living resident who qualifies for Level 2 care.

With more hands-on, individualized service, Level 3 care ensures residents can maintain a sense of independence by relying on complex, skillful assistance.

Assisted Living: Beth, 72
After a prolonged illness and several surgeries, Beth has now entered our community’s hospice care. Surrounded by caring team members and great friends, she lives contentedly by relying on our team to assist her with ambulation, transfers, and an assortment of hygiene aids, including toileting, grooming, and bathing, for which she requires a shower/bath bench. Our team helps her with dressing and oversees her four-times-daily medications. And we help her with transfers into and out of her wheelchair. Plus, we also assist her in caring for her beautiful Maine Coon cat, Janet. Beth is an Assisted Living resident who qualifies for Level 3 care.

Starting at $2,395/month + Base Rent

Care at the highest level, Level 4 maximizes services and caregiver time to meet residents’ complex needs. With assistance, these residents continue manage their tasks of daily living and avoid moving to skilled nursing care.

Assisted Living: David, 84
David is determined to live as independently as possible and make every day a good one. Assisted Living helps him do that by providing caring assistance throughout his days. The team oversees management of his prescribed narcotics, the administration of his four-times-daily medications, and his continuous oxygen assistance. They also provide support services for continence, toileting, ambulation and transfers. Additionally, we help him with dressing, grooming and bathing, for which he needs a shower/bath bench. We also help David look after Jude, his Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. David is an Assisted Living resident who qualifies for Level 4 care.

Memory Care: Berniece, 76
Berniece’s dementia shows up in her not always being oriented to person, place and time. Team members are there for her, helping her return to the moment. They also provide a helping hand with her daily insulin, eye drops, and grooming and bathing. Berniece is a Memory Care resident with Level 1 care.

Starting at $800/month + Base Rent

Providing additional services and caregiver time, Level 2 care assists residents with their daily living activities as they engage the specialized Memory Care program.

Memory Care: Maureen, 79
Maureen lives as independently as possible in Memory Care because she receives assistance with several special needs. In those moments when she’s not clearly oriented to people, place or time, our team steers her back to the present. We assist her with transfers into and out of her wheelchair; three-times-daily medications; and dressing, grooming and bathing. The team also makes sure her hearing aid is properly placed, cleaned and charged. Maureen is a Memory Care resident who qualifies for Level 2 care.

With more hands-on, individualized service, Level 3 care compassionately serves residents who demonstrate less resilience with the tasks of daily living while coping with the symptoms of Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.

Memory Care: Carl, 82
Living with Alzheimer’s, Carl gets the daily support he needs to have more good days than bad. The dementia specialists around Carl all the time assist with his medications three times daily, and with his dressing and grooming. He’s dependent on their help for bathing, eating and knowing when it’s mealtime. Each night, they check his CPAP placement and check two times during the night to ensure he’s safe. Carl is a Memory Care resident who qualifies for Level 3 care.

Care at the highest level, Level 4 maximizes services and caregiver time to meet residents’ complex needs. With assistance, these residents continue live comfortably and safely and make every day a good day.

Our Memory Care team assists Olive with her dressing, grooming and bathing and with her transfers into and out of her wheelchair. And because Olive poses an elopement risk when she loses her orientation to people and place, we’re especially watchful to keep her safely within the Memory Care community. Olive is a Memory Care resident who qualifies for Level 4 care.
